A long stone rectangle above the fruit orchard and the herb and flower garden, where guests watch the team cut and pick for the meal. Vows are exchanged under a two hundred year old olive tree. Or one kings table the length of the terrace, fire pit lit at one end as the sun goes.

A deck tucked off the corner of the building beside the kitchen, where thirty-year-old pear trees come up through the boards and are lit from below. It looks over the Cyrus orchard, fifteen fruit trees the kitchen picks from. One kings table under the canopy, or rounds.

The building was designed around this space. Stone paved and cantilevered ten feet above the vines, under a canopy of mulberry trees, so it reads as floating above the valley floor. Ceremony seating looking over the grapevines, tables for dinner, or the place the evening starts before it moves.

Paved, in front of the glass dining room and the reflection pool, with the long lawn on the other side. The view is the whole valley floor in cabernet. High tables for cocktails at sunset, or rounds and kings tables for the full dinner.

An immediate left past the Champagne cellar as you walk in. A fifteen hundred pound cantilevered steel table anchors the room, with the vineyard and the two hundred year old olive trees through the glass and a door straight out to the air. Seating is flexible, and the adjacent Rufena Room adds space.

Shou Sugi Ban paneled walls and Tom Kundig lighting, with the kitchen open to the room. Guests walk through the pass and talk to the chefs while the Dining Journey is cooked in front of them.
