An evening at Cyrus begins where a glittering Champagne and Martini cart beckons. A welcoming treat appears from the kitchen as you sip — free to sink into a leather lounge chair or wander the gardens and take in the vineyard views.

KITCHEN TABLE
The journey proceeds to the Kitchen Table. Meet the chefs at the pass, where every course is finished in front of you, the spectacle of the bustling kitchen beyond.

THE LONG MIDDLE
DINING ROOM
The next leg brings each party to their table in the dining room, with its sweeping views of Alexander Valley — a succession of beautifully plated courses finishing with dessert and sweet bites.

THE SEND-OFF
THE CHOCOLATE ROOM
There is no rush, but a final stop leads to the mysterious Chocolate Room, where guests are presented with a parting gift of house-made chocolate.
