The evening's enhanced tasting menu includes true Ossetra caviar before your visit to Chef Douglas Keane at the Kitchen Table, where you will engage directly with the kitchen team as they prepare the freshest vegetables and seafoods well as few other surprises. Once in the dining room prepare to receive fresh black and white truffles shaved at the table with your entreés. A truly celebratory wine pairing featuring both local and worldly selections complements the experience.


Complete your evening with a glass of Krug Grande Cuveé to toast the coming New Year, and a trip to the fantastical Chocolate Room where you will be gifted a box of house made bon-bons to enjoy in the first days of 2023.
